AMSTERDAM – Knowing a good deal when they see it, SnapAV, a leading manufacturer and primary source of A/V, surveillance, networking and remote management products for integrators, announced today that it would acquire all 52,000 attendees at the Integrated Systems Europe 2020 conference. “We’re dedicated to this industry and we simply cannot stop spending money,” said John Heyman, chief executive officer of SnapAV, in the announcement. “Last year there were 30,000 more attending ISE and to show our dedication to the EMEA market we are buying while the price is right.” Dealers and other attendees seemed unconcerned about the announcement. “I figured it would happen one day,” said Simon Boles of Leeds, UK. “I’ve been a Control4 dealer for 7 years and it only makes sense to consolidate my business with my only supplier.”
